James has been training our young cocker spaniel Marley for quite a while now, he's extremely reliable and we have noticed a huge difference in Marley's behaviour in general and out on the lead etc. as prior he was a heavy puller and got distracted very easily. He really does put in effort to form a bond and Marley loves being with him (he treats him as if he was his own). James himself is super friendly and genuinely cares about Marley's wellbeing and will always make time to debrief you on any progression etc. We honestly can't recommend him enough!
